WorldSkills Australia Regional Automotive Refinishing Competition a Success

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the WorldSkills Australia Regional Automotive Refinishing Competition, held at the Axalta Head Office in Sydney on August 6th, 2024.

The competition, which featured some of our MTA Training apprentices, showcased the exceptional talent and skill of four aspiring automotive refinishers: Connor Galeski from Gemini Wollongong, Charles Manaig from Capital Smart Ingleburn, Nate Cullen from Young Smash Repairs, and Mackenzie Browne from Ultimate Refinishers.

The contestants were put to the test, demonstrating their expertise in surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques. The competition was a testament to the passion and dedication of the participants, who showcased their skills in a highly competitive environment.
