Updated New and Used Vehicle Sales Contracts Availability

In support of our Members' business needs to comply with the new Unfair Contract Terms ("UCT") law, which comes into effect from 9 November 2023, we have updated both our
New Vehicle Sales Contract (MTA452-2) and
Used Vehicle Sales Contract (MTA451-2).
These updated contracts are currently being printed and will be available to be pre-ordered via our online shop from Monday 6 November, with deliveries from Wednesday 8 November.
The new UCT law now applies to a contract that has been signed/renewed or extended from 9 November 2023 and thereafter.
