Dear Members,
As promised in our
September IR Newsletter, the MTA NSW Employment Relations Department have prepared a Guide to assist Members in navigating the new Jobkeeper rules and the amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009.
This Guide also provides advice for Members who will not qualify for the Jobkeeper extension on how to manage their employees and their entitlements.
